The contact form collects your name, email address and message. Phone number and ZIP code are optional. Don’t include passwords, one-time codes, customer records, payment details or confidential files.
Cloudflare, the website delivery and security service, may process technical logs such as IP addresses, browser details, requests and security events.
How inquiry information is used
Information is used to review your requirements, respond to your inquiry and maintain related correspondence. Inquiry details are recorded in Doxa, an internal inquiry management system, for handling and review.
We would ask for your agreement before sharing your inquiry with a contractor. Submitting the form does not authorize that sharing.
Supporting services
Google Cloud hosts the contact form service. Cloudflare supports website hosting, delivery and security. SMTP2GO handles email delivery, and Google Workspace is used for email correspondence. These services process information to support those functions.
Service providers may process information in the United States or other countries.
Cookies and analytics
The website has no analytics integration or analytics cookies. Cloudflare may use essential security cookies to protect the website.
Requests about your information
You can use the contact form to ask about your information or request access, correction or deletion. Include enough information to identify your earlier inquiry, without sending identity documents or sensitive records.
